What is the difference between Standard and Deep cleaning?
The main distinction between our standard and deep cleaning is the scope of work and time it will take. Generally, a standard clean is for customers looking for regular cleanings (weekly or biweekly), it typically includes:
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Light tidying/organizing
- Replacing trash
- Our deep clean will usually take longer depending on the scale of the work and is used to address areas of the home that may receive less attention during regular cleanings, it typically includes:
- Detailed cleaning of bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, etc.
- Deep cleaning of appliances and surfaces
- Baseboard/Trim wiped down
- Scrubbing grout and grime
- Thorough vacuum and mop
Do you use your own supplies/equipment?
Sparkling Clean is happy to provide all cleaning products such as sprays, cloths and disinfectants. However, we ask that the customer provides equipment such as a vacuum, mop and bucket.
Can I make special requests or instructions?
Yes! We are more than happy to accommodate your needs any way we can, as long as it fits within what we offer. If you do have specific instructions or preferences on how you want a room cleaned or want to inform our cleaners of certain circumstances before arriving at your home, you are able to provide instructions through our website, via email or through text. We are always thrilled to meet your needs the best way we can!
How are jobs priced/How do I pay?
Our services are charged based on an hourly flat rate. To get an estimate on the price of your cleaning visit the Quote section of our website that will calculate the approximate price based on how many hours the cleaning will take. Please note that the quote is not always exact and the final price will be calculated at the end of the cleaning.
We accept e-transfer or cash!
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you are always more than welcome to cancel or change your appointment. However, we do require minimum 48 hours notice before your appointment for scheduling purposes. To cancel/change your booking contact us through email or phone.
